1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SEO Plus Traffic ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Services & Credits

SEO Plus Traffic operates as a traffic exchange, backlink directory, and SEO campaign platform. Credits are virtual system units used to run campaigns. Credits can be earned by browsing member websites, performing manual SEO tasks, exchanging backlinks, or purchasing them directly.

• Credits hold no real-world monetary value, do not constitute legal tender or investment assets, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Platform.
• The Platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of credits due to user error, server outages, or account compromise.

3. Escrow System & Task Marketplace

Our SEO Tasks marketplace utilizes a secure Escrow system to guarantee fair transactions between task creators (buyers) and task executors (workers):

• When a task campaign is created, the required credit rewards for the set number of runs are immediately deducted and held in the Escrow wallet.
• Upon task completion, the worker must submit proof of completion. The task creator has exactly 72 hours to review the proof. Approving the proof releases the held credits to the worker.
• If the task creator takes no action within 72 hours, the escrow system automatically approves the task and releases the credits to the worker.
• If a task creator rejects a submission, they must provide a valid, clear reason. If a dispute is raised, SEO Plus Traffic administration acts as the sole arbitrator. All decisions made by our administration team regarding disputes, credit releases, or refunds are final.

4. Task Proof Authenticity & Fraud Penalties

To maintain platform integrity, all task proof submissions must be genuine, unaltered, and complete:

• Workers must upload authentic screenshots showing completed tasks as specified in the campaign instructions (e.g. search page keywords, click logs, destination site content).
• Submitting modified, forged, duplicate, low-resolution, or unrelated screenshot files is considered fraudulent behavior.
• Users caught submitting fraudulent proofs will have their earned credits and wallet balance confiscated, their tasks rejected, and will face immediate progressive penalties, up to and including permanent account suspension.

5. Backlink Exchange & Guest Post Compliance

When participating in the Backlink Exchange or Guest Post directory, you agree to the following rules:

• Any backlink or guest post placed to earn credits or payments must remain active, crawlable, and unmodified on the target page.
• Removing, altering anchor texts, converting links to `nofollow` (unless explicitly stated), or deleting guest posts after receiving credits is strictly prohibited.
• Our automated system performs periodic crawler checks on all registered backlink exchanges. If a link is found missing or modified, the offending user's account will be penalized with credit deductions, ranking degradation, and potential service restrictions.

6. Wallet Transactions & Financial Terms

Users can deposit funds into their virtual Wallet to buy credits, pay for guest posts, or purchase premium subscriptions:

• All deposits and payment operations are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store financial details like card numbers, bank PINs, or credentials.
• All purchases, deposits, and subscription payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable.
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes with payment processors (such as Razorpay or card issuers) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated credits and wallet balances.

7. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

SEO Plus Traffic offers premium membership tiers (Basic, Pro, Agency) that provide additional bonuses, limits, and configurations:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle from the date of activation.
• Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plans at any time via the billing settings page. Plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Unused daily bonuses, campaign slots, or advanced settings do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Using headless browsers, automated traffic bots, scraping engines, proxies, VPNs, click farms, or scripts to cheat the Traffic Exchange surf system.
• Registering multiple accounts (sybil attacks) to abuse referral rewards, daily bonuses, or platform achievements.
• Submitting campaigns featuring malware, viruses, phishing schemes, pornography, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Attempting to bypass security barriers, run cross-site scripting (XSS), or reverse engineer platform code.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

SEO Plus Traffic is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding search engine ranking increases, visitor conversion rates, or traffic qualities. We are not liable for any damages, ranking drops, search engine penalties, or loss of credits arising from Platform usage. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators against any claims arising from your campaign contents or site listings.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Platform operator's registered location.
